Easylube is engineered to simplify maintenance practice and achieve precise lubrication. Explosion-proof models are for use in hazardous environments such as coal mines and plants where flammable products are present.

AUTOL SINGLE-POINT LUBRICATORS

This is a newly launched electro-mechanical lubricator from the Autol stable. It can endure high output pressure (up to 40 bars), enabling you to add a distribution block and connect two lubrication points.

A key benefit is that it increases worker safety – no climbing on machines or inaccessible areas.

  • Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) calculates specific greasing requirements needed for a single bearing, based on six major factors.

Combined with our Industry 4.0 Lubrication Management Solution, our customers rest assured that their equipment performs optimally and unscheduled breakdowns and maintenance stoppages are reduced significantly.

EASYLUBE SINGLE-POINT LUBRICATORS

Easylube is engineered to simplify maintenance practice and achieve precise lubrication. 

Explosion-proof models are for use in hazardous environments such as coal mines and plants where flammable products are present. RFID technology is built into every unit to be used with our Industry 4.0 Lubrication Management Solution.

AUTOL SINGLE-POINT LUBRICATORS

Our latest model electro-mechanical lubrication device from the Autol stable, a compact battery operated device that can be refilled (up to 500ml capacity) with your grease of choice, robust and durable in construction, and requires minimal maintenance. 

Designed for high output pressure (up to 40 bars), this unit can connect to multiple lubrication points with the addition of a distribution block.  The units are ideal for applications involving multiple points in close proximity, including electric motors, pumps, fans, and even large pinion bearings.

 It can be mounted directly onto the lubrication point or remotely in a safe zone using our standard remote mounts kits.  A built-in monitoring system (1-to-24- month settings) allows visible monitoring on-site and these units can also be integrated into our Industry 4.0 Lubrication Management Solution using RFID technology. 

AUTOL MULTI-POINT LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

Excellent performance in the coldest, dirtiest and wettest industries!

These systems have been used throughout the world and in South Africa in extremely harsh environments. Units come with a two-year warranty and are available in sizes ranging from 1 litre to 24 litres. Multiple lubrication points are served through integrated distribution blocks. You can select an integrated monitoring system that provides data such as grease pressure, count down of the pause interval, accumulative running cycles and faulty codes.

Autol systems are easy to install and practically maintenance-free. This system is also easily integrated with our computerised management system and with customers own SCADA systems

3. High Performance Lubricants

Introducing specific high-performance greases and coating to solve specific problems for our customers. 

BiSA represents only a select range of high-performance greases and protective coatings. Our lubrication offering seeks to solve specific problems or challenges our customer may face in their operations. Our greases are designed to withstand high temperatures and pressure with minimal seepage. We also place a high level of importance on the environment, which is why our greases carry an environmentally friendly label where possible.

TECPLEX® HIGH-PERFORMANCE LUBRICANTS

With a 105 year track record, Daubert Chemicals’ TecPlex series greases are designed specifically to prevent corrosion while providing lubrication under heaviest loads in the most extreme conditions. 

Our lubricants last longer and protects better than other available options. Daubert’s fully-synthetic sulphonate chemistry allows our lubricants to withstand the most extreme loads in the mining and manufacturing industry, while preventing wear on moving parts without over reliance on additives that tend to have limited usable life.

Environmentally Friendly Lubricants. The improved life of our greases allows for reduced lubricant consumption… creating less waste. In addition, the lack of reliance on additives in our formulations eliminates a source of heavy metal additives that would be a source of toxicity concerns.

We recognize that one of the largest threats to your business’s production time is kiln downtime. We also know that Slick-Bar ™ is the best way to affect optimal lubrication performance to this crucial interface between the kiln tire and kiln shell.

Slick-Bar dissipates and simultaneously lubricates both the support pad outside diameter and the kiln tire internal diameter when applied to a kiln. This minimizes friction across the support pads, decreases tire retainer pressure, diminishes the effects of tire bore and support pad wear, and discourages overall kiln support wear.
